Agreement made between Brittany Wenninger / Front Porch Realty LLC (“Coach”) and the undersigned participant (“Client”) for Roadmap Results membership.

FINANCIAL TERMS
PACKAGE: Roadmap Results Mentorship Program
Biweekly 1:1 mentorship calls via Google Meets (2 per month, 45 minutes each)
One private onboarding strategy call - 20 Minutes
Digital Toolkit Access (including templates, checklists, and guides)
Live Text Support (M-F 9-5)
The 3-month membership includes 6 total 1:1 coaching sessions.
The 6-month membership includes 12 total 1:1 coaching sessions.
If the Client chooses to continue membership after the initial term, each additional month will include 2 additional 45-minute sessions.
TERMS OF AGREEMENT
1. ENGAGEMENT
1.1 This Agreement shall become effective as of the date that all Parties have signed and payment is processed. It shall terminate automatically upon completion of the Services. Client is engaging Coach as a mentor and business strategist under the terms of this agreement.
1.2 The mentorship program must be completed within the timeframe selected by the Client (3 months or 6 months).

2. SESSIONS & CANCELLATION
2.1 Each 1:1 call will last 45 minutes and will be held via Google Meets, or another platform if technical issues arise.
2.2 Client must give 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule any private call. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours notice will be forfeited. In the case of emergency, please email [email protected]Â or text 224-639-0114.
2.3 Clients are expected to submit pre-session forms (if applicable) no later than 12 hours before their scheduled session.
2.4 Upon execution of this Agreement, Client is responsible for the full program fee. No refunds will be given for early withdrawal from the program, unless the Client qualifies under the 30-day money-back guarantee described in section 2.5. Outside of that specific window and criteria, no refunds will be issued for any reason.
2.5 30-DAY MONEY BACK GARENTEE POLICY: Client may request a full refund within the first 30 days of the program start date, provided the following conditions are met: (a) No program materials—including but not limited to digital downloads, templates, video links, or checklists—have been downloaded, or saved by the Client; (b) Client has completed and submitted all pre-session forms prior to any scheduled sessions leading up to the cancellation; and (c) the refund request must be made in writing via email to [email protected] within the 30-day period. If any of these conditions are not met, Client forfeits eligibility for a refund. No refunds will be given after the 30-day period under any circumstances under this guarantee. Refunds process in 5–7 business days.       Â
2.6 RESCHEDULING POLICY: Either party may cancel a session at least 24 hours in advance. If the Client is delayed in rescheduling and the program extends beyond the original term due to Client’s scheduling conflicts, any unused sessions will be forfeited. If rescheduling occurs due to Coach’s availability (including maternity leave), the program term will be extended.

3. CLIENT CONDUCT
(a) Please complete the pre-session form at least 24 hours in advance for each session. Your responses must be complete, honest, and thorough to ensure the program meets your needs.
(b) Arrive on time for all sessions. Late arrivals will result in reduced session time. If you are more than 20 minutes late without notice, your session will be forfeited.
(c) Keep distractions to a minimum by silencing your phone and email notifications during calls. This will allow you to be fully present and get the most value from the session.
(d) Please notify Coach with advance notice when planning travel or needing to reschedule. Consistency supports results.

4. DUTIES OF COACH
4.1 Coach agrees to provide services with professionalism, care, and commitment.
4.2 Clients will have weekday email and/or text access to Coach for brief questions or guidance. Responses will be sent within 24–48 hours. In-depth questions requiring more than ten minutes of time will be deferred to the next call.
4.3 Coach does not guarantee specific outcomes. All guidance provided is based on experience, tools, and proven practices, but results may vary.
4.4 If Coach must reschedule due to illness, travel, or other obligations, notice will be provided and sessions rescheduled.
4.5 Coach reserves the right to adjust schedules as needed, including around family or maternity needs.
4.6 Coach may take calls during nap times and reserves a 5-minute grace period at the start and end of sessions but will be extended to make up the time difference. If an unexpected need arises with Coach’s child, 24-hour notice will be provided whenever possible. The Client agrees to be understanding and flexible.

5. CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION
5.1 Coach acknowledges access to confidential information throughout the program.
5.2 Coach will not share or disclose Client information without permission, except as required by law or in emergencies.
5.3 Coach may discuss general coaching issues with a mentor or supervisor but will not disclose the Client’s identity.
5.4 Client is free to share any experiences from the program at their discretion.

6. DATA & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
6.1 Client agrees that personal information will be used for program delivery.
6.2 All materials shared during sessions, including templates, recordings, slides, and documents, are the exclusive intellectual property of Front Porch Realty LLC.
6.3 Client may not share, reproduce, publish, or distribute any program content.
6.4 Client is granted a personal-use-only license for all course materials and content shared during sessions.
6.5 No recordings of sessions by Client are permitted. Recordings provided by Coach are for personal use only.
6.6 NON-DISPARAGEMENT: In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to resolve matters privately and respectfully, governed under Wisconsin law in Dane County.

7. TERMINATION
7.1 Either party may end this agreement with notice. A final session will be scheduled if possible.
7.2 All outstanding balances are due immediately upon termination.
7.3 Termination does not affect rights already accrued.
7.4 Confidentiality, liability, and intellectual property clauses survive termination.

8. LIABILITY & LIMITATION
8.1 Coach’s liability does not extend to business losses, economic damages, or missed outcomes.
8.2 Total liability is limited to the program fee paid.
8.3 Coach is not liable for delays caused by events beyond control.
8.4 If applicable, refunds for unused sessions will be processed within 15 days.
9. FORCE MAJEURE
Neither party will be held liable for failure to perform due to causes beyond reasonable control.
10. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This document constitutes the entire agreement between both parties and supersedes any previous understandings.
11. VARIATION
Any variation must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
12. COUNTERPARTS
This agreement may be executed in counterparts which together constitute the whole.
13. THIRD PARTY RIGHTS
This agreement is between the parties and confers no rights on any third party.
14. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, with exclusive jurisdiction in Dane County.
15. INTERPRETATION
Definitions apply as described within this document. Terms used in the singular include the plural and vice versa.
