I'M BRITTANY

Wife, mother, doodle lover, real estate agent, mentor, podcast host, and most importantly—a terrible athlete.

Some may say I’m passionate, some may say I’m obsessed—but I say I’m in love with all things short-term rentals/Airbnbs. My husband, Clay, and I started this journey as a side hustle. Little did we know it would grow into what it is today. And to think… it all started with a presentation from him saying long-term investing was our path—and me saying it didn’t seem “sexy” (or I guess thrilling is the more appropriate term).

Now, we self-manage all of our properties while still maintaining our full-time jobs, taking care of our newborn, and of course, giving our Irish Doodle, Maple, all the love she deserves.

MY STORY

Go to college, get a good degree, and crush it in the corporate world—they all said.
But if you're an entrepreneur, you know that's not the only path.
And hey, I gave it a try... okay, a couple of tries, if I’m being honest.

I was the person who job-hopped every two years, trying to find her place. I graduated with a business degree but didn’t really know what I wanted to do with it.

Then came real estate. The moment I became an agent, it just felt right—easy, natural, fun, exciting. All the things I never felt in my other jobs. But something was still missing...

That’s when Clay and I got into Airbnb investing—and that felt even more natural. Other agents started coming to me with questions and asking for advice. I realized I was becoming the go-to STR agent. So, like any good entrepreneur, I pivoted (PIVOT!—yes, quoting Friends 😆).

I went all in on short-term rentals and never looked back. For the first time, I feel like I’m flowing with the current, not against it. This is exactly where I’m meant to be.
